World-Class Production Capabilities
YINSHAN is equipped with two modern, green, energy-efficient new dry-process rotary production lines – one with a daily capacity of 2,000 tons and another with 500 tons of clinker per day. The company is China’s only white cement manufacturer featuring a waste heat recovery power generation system in its new dry-process production line. With an annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of high-end white cement, YINSHAN ranks among the world’s largest white cement producers.
Premium “Three Highs, One Low” Product Portfolio
YINSHAN specializes in “Three Highs, One Low” green premium white cement – characterized by high whiteness, high strength, high stability, and low alkalinity. The company produces a full range of white cement grades including P.W 52.5, P.W 42.5, P.W 32.5, and exterior decorative white cement. All products are manufactured in strict compliance with international EN197 white cement standards and far exceed the requirements of China’s GB/T2015-2017 national standard.
A landmark achievement is that YINSHAN is one of only two manufacturers in China capable of consistently producing P.W 52.5 grade premium white cement– a feat that has broken the long-standing monopoly of foreign enterprises and imported white cement in China’s high-end market. Additionally, YINSHAN is the only domestic producer capable of manufacturing white cement with a Hunter whiteness of up to 92 degrees.
